*Cancellation Policy*

– *Order Cancellation:* Customers may cancel their orders without any additional charges if the cancellation is made before delivery.
– *Cancellation Window:* Cancellations must be made within three hours of placing the order online. Customers must submit a formal cancellation request via email, specifying the reason(s) for cancellation.
– *Refund Process:* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow between 7 to 12 days for the refund transaction to complete.
